A significant portion of our construction contracts are delivered via the Design-Assist and Design-Build methods. The Brite Team works closely with Federal, State, Municipal and Private Sector clients to deliver project designs on time and on budget. From the earliest conceptual phases of development, we coordinate with Owners, Prime Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Authorities, and Trade Contractors to define project requirements through our best-value design development process.

OPERATING FACILITIES
Brite often completes contracts in operating facilities, many in high-security and critical care environments. We work closely with Owners, Engineers, and Trade Contractors to mitigate impacts to operating facility schedules and environments.
